Clyde is a culinary experience that shares space with La Panadería, a small local bakery. During the evenings, the bakery's terrace becomes a charming mediterranean bistro with a menu that draws inspiration from the South of Europe. 

Our beverage menu includes a curated selection of Mexican wines from Baja California as well as Mexican craft beers. The menu is designed to enhance the flavors of our dishes.

Meet our Chef:

Born in Morelia, Michoacán, Luis Jimenez discovered his love for cooking when he was a kid and would spend his days watching shows like “Gourmet Channel”, and from his mother who has always had the best seasoning.

When he was 18 years old he worked at El Centro de Convenciones de Morelia, that is where his trajectory started.

In 2007 he attended La Univesidad del Valle de México (UVM) in Querétaro and in 2011 graduated as Lic. en Administración de Empresas Gastronómicas.

At his young age, he has worked in Canada, US, Spain, Romania, and México were he is the head of two restaurants, Clyde and Lugareño Cocina. We are super excited to have him as part of the team.
